Through education, training, competent supervision, adequate protective equipment and best practices in occupational health and safety; Rohaya Group executive management team will take every reasonable precaution necessary to guarantee the protection of all employees while ensuring that we have met all legislated health and safety requirements in each region where Rohaya Group operates.

 

Creating a safe work environment is a shared responsibility that can only be obtained through a joint effort by all Rohaya Group employees. Your cooperation in preventing occupational injuries/illness and promoting prevention will contribute to the objectives and success of the organization.

 

Every employee must protect his or her own health and safety by working in compliance with the law and with safe work practices and procedures established by the employer. Employees must report all unsafe conditions, accidents, injuries and near misses to their direct report.

 

It is in the best interest of all parties to consider health and safety in their daily activities. Commitment to health and safety must form an integral part of this organization, from the presidents to the employees.

 

The executive management team and employees of Rohaya Group will annually review its Health and Safety Policy to ensure it is upholding all legislative requirements.
